The aluminum-copper recycling line is a fully automated dry physical regeneration equipment. It relies on mechanical crushing and multi-stage sorting to separate composite waste copper and aluminum materials. The entire process does not use open flames or chemical agents, realizing a continuous automated production line for the environmentally friendly recycling of metals such as copper, aluminum, and iron.

The aluminum-copper recycling line uses shredding-crushing separation + magnetic separation for iron removal + eddy current/gravity fine sorting to disassemble and separate composite waste radiators into copper, aluminum, and iron. This process achieves metal recycling without fire or chemical agents.

Aluminum-Copper Recycling Line Process Flow:
1. Belt Conveyor Feeding: Waste radiators are fed into the production line in whole pieces for uniform feeding.
2. Dual-Shaft Shredder Coarse Crushing: High-torque shearing and shredding breaks large radiator pieces into smaller pieces of 80-150mm, completing volume reduction pretreatment.
3. Hammer Crusher Fine Crushing and Separation: High-speed impact and kneading completely separates copper pipes, aluminum fins, and iron frames into independent metal particles of 5-20mm.
4. Permanent Magnet Self-Unloading Magnetic Separator Iron Removal: Relying on magnetism to separate all ferrous materials, scrap iron is collected separately.
5. Eddy Current Separation: Electromagnetic induction separates conductive non-ferrous metals (copper-aluminum mixture) from plastics, rubber, and dust impurities, enriching the copper and aluminum raw materials.
6. Gravity Gravity Fine Separation: Utilizing the density difference between copper and aluminum, a vibrating table combined with airflow stratification achieves high-precision separation of copper and aluminum.
7. Pulse negative pressure dust removal: A fully enclosed process for collecting dust and waste residue, meeting environmental standards.
8. Material sorting, discharging, and packaging: Pure copper granules, pure aluminum granules, and scrap iron are collected separately; finished products are packaged and sold to smelters.
