Product Introduction

The entire Waste Bicycle Crushing and Sorting Line is highly automated, significantly reducing manual sorting workload and enabling continuous and stable production. The separated pure metal material is directly sold for smelting, while rubber and plastic are recycled separately, fully realizing the recycling of various resources from discarded bicycles, achieving both environmental protection and economic benefits. The entire bicycle material is conveyed at a uniform speed via a feeding conveyor belt, and after crushing, it forms uniform metal particles. A dust removal device is used to suppress dust leakage. The crushed material then passes through magnetic separators and eddy current separators, efficiently separating different metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper with high purity.

Discarded bicycles are transported to a metal shredder and metal crusher for crushing and separation. The crushed material is conveyed by belt and separated from steel by a permanent magnet separator. The remaining mixture is screened and then enters an eddy current separator to separate non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper. Plastic and rubber impurities are automatically separated, thus achieving metal classification and recycling.
