The mobile shredder is an integrated, mobile solid waste crushing and processing equipment. It integrates the shredding main unit, feeding, conveying, power, and sorting modules onto a tracked or wheeled chassis, allowing it to be driven directly to the work site and put into operation quickly without complex infrastructure.
Working Principle of mobile shredder:
1. Feeding: Material enters the shredding chamber through the hopper and is fed into the cutter shaft area by a hydraulic or mechanical pushing device.
2. Shredding: The dual-shaft (or single-shaft) cutter shafts rotate at low speed and high torque under the drive of an electric motor/diesel engine, crushing large pieces of material into smaller pieces through shearing, compression, and tearing.
3. Discharge: Material meeting the particle size requirements is discharged through a screen plate or discharge port and transported to a designated location by a belt conveyor; some models also integrate a magnetic separation module to separate metal impurities.
4. Protection: When encountering uncrushable hard objects, the system will automatically reverse or stop to protect the cutters and equipment.
