The XRIDO pig iron crusher is a patented heavy-duty pig iron crusher independently developed by XRIDO Group. It is specifically designed for crushing hard and brittle cast iron materials such as scrap pig iron, cast iron parts, remelted iron, machine parts, malleable iron, and engine blocks. It is used to crush large cast iron parts into regular small pieces of 10-120mm for remelting, casting, and recycling, making it a core piece of equipment for metal recycling.
Large pieces of pig iron fall into the crushing chamber through the top feed inlet and are repeatedly crushed. Qualified small pieces are discharged from the bottom discharge outlet, while uncrushable materials are automatically discharged to prevent jamming.
