PV Solar Panel Recycling Plant recycling process:
1: Aluminium Frame Removing Machine
The entire waste photovoltaic panel is fed into the equipment. Through mechanical extrusion and cutting, the aluminum alloy frame around the photovoltaic panel is separated, and the complete aluminum profile is recycled. After removing the metal frame, the panel proceeds to the next process.
2: Glass Removing Machine
The photovoltaic panel after frame disassembly is heated to soften the EVA adhesive layer. The tempered glass on the surface is milled and peeled off, separating the glass fragments from the internal solar cell substrate.
3: EVA Sheet Crushing and Sorting Line
The solar panel substrate after the glass has been peeled off is crushed as a whole. Through air classification, electrostatic separation, and gravity separation, materials such as EVA film, silicon powder, silver paste, and copper foil are graded and separated, realizing the resource reuse of various raw materials.
