Recently, a customized 1-ton-per-hour fiberglass recycling line successfully completed full-process inspection, compliant packaging, and customs clearance procedures, and was shipped to Singapore via an international freight line. The recycling line is equipped with two key pieces of equipment: a fiberglass shredder and a fiberglass crusher. It covers the entire process of shredding, crushing, separation, screening, and dust removal, balancing efficiency, environmental friendliness, and convenience, perfectly adapting to the actual scenario of fiberglass waste recycling in Singapore. This recycling line has a stable processing capacity of 1 ton per hour, efficiently handling various materials such as waste fiberglass products, fiberglass scraps, and waste fiberglass. The crushed material undergoes vibration screening and airflow separation processes to achieve efficient separation of glass fibers from impurities, with a recovery purity exceeding 95%. The separated glass fibers can be directly used in recycled composite materials, building insulation materials, and other fields, achieving resource recycling. The recycling line is also equipped with a composite dust removal system of "water spray + dry filtration + activated carbon adsorption" to further capture dust and fine fibers generated during shredding and crushing, achieving a waste gas capture rate of over 95%, fully complying with Singapore's air pollutant emission requirements. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, enabling automated operation and significantly reducing labor costs.
