Model 500 and Model 1200 Dual-Shaft Shredders Shipped to Thailand
Model 500 and Model 1200 Dual-Shaft Shredders Shipped to Thailand to Support Local Solid Waste Resource Upgrading
Recently, a batch of customized Model 500 and Model 1200 dual-shaft waste shredders successfully completed inspection, packaging, and customs clearance procedures and were shipped to Thailand via a dedicated freight line. They will be deployed in local solid waste treatment and resource recycling projects, empowering Thailand's environmental protection industry upgrade with their robust equipment capabilities and building a solid bridge for Sino-Thai environmental cooperation.

These two types of dual-shaft solid waste shredders exported this time are core equipment customized to meet the specific needs of solid waste treatment in Thailand. They cover both small-scale high-efficiency and large-scale mass production scenarios, balancing practicality, stability, and environmental friendliness, perfectly addressing the actual pain points of waste resource utilization in Thailand. The Model 500 dual-shaft shredder features a dual-motor + dual-reducer drive design, delivering a power of 11×2kW. Its crushing chamber dimensions are 500×480mm, and the equipment weighs only 2.3 tons. Its compact and flexible design allows for easy adaptation to small and medium-sized waste treatment sites. Primarily used for shredding waste plastics, wood, and small metal scraps, its low-speed, high-torque characteristics result in low noise and dust emissions that meet environmental standards. It is also equipped with an automatic overload reverse control system, significantly improving operational safety and extending equipment lifespan.

The Model 1200 dual-shaft municipal solid waste shredder is designed for large-scale solid waste treatment scenarios. With a power output of 30×2kW and a crushing chamber size of 1200×800mm, it weighs 6.8 tons. Its hourly processing capacity far exceeds that of comparable equipment, efficiently handling bulky waste, industrial hazardous waste, waste tires, bundles of waste paper, and other materials. Utilizing spirally arranged alloy steel blades, it achieves rapid shearing and tearing of materials, producing uniform particle sizes, laying the foundation for subsequent sorting and recycling processes. Both equipment models feature a modular, easily detachable bearing housing design, facilitating future maintenance and tool replacement, and are adapted to the operational and maintenance needs of Thailand.

To ensure smooth export and rapid deployment of the equipment, we thoroughly understood relevant Thai regulations and certification requirements in advance, completed the necessary certifications such as TISI certification, and strictly adhered to international export standards for equipment inspection and packaging. During disassembly, core components were vacuum-packed and secured with pearl cotton, clearly labeled with serial numbers for easy reassembly. Packaging used wooden crates compliant with IPPC fumigation standards, wrapped with moisture-proof protective film to ensure the equipment was protected from damage during long-distance sea transport. A complete set of documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, was provided to ensure smooth customs clearance.

In recent years, Thailand's demand for solid waste resource recovery has become increasingly urgent, with waste volume reduction and resource recycling becoming key development directions for the local environmental protection industry. The export of the 500-type and 1200-type dual-shaft shredders not only demonstrates my country's technological strength in environmental protection machinery but also aligns with Thailand's development needs for waste resource utilization. This will effectively improve local solid waste treatment efficiency, reduce environmental pollution, promote resource recycling, and provide strong support for Thailand to save fuel costs and reduce carbon emissions.

Currently, the equipment has been successfully shipped. We will provide comprehensive after-sales services, including technical guidance and cutter replacement training, to ensure stable equipment operation. This export not only expands our overseas market presence but also deepens cooperation between China and Thailand in the environmental protection field. In the future, we will continue to focus on overseas market demands, customizing more targeted environmental protection equipment to contribute to the high-quality development of the global solid waste resource utilization industry.
