1200 Industrial Shredder and Scrap Metal Shear to Canada
Xrido Machine: Empowering Canadian Metal Recycling Plants with 1200 Industrial Shredder and Metal Shear Ready for Shipment
Against the backdrop of the accelerating global development of the circular economy, the Canadian metal recycling industry is entering a critical period of equipment upgrades. Recently, Xrido Machine's 1200-type industrial shredder and heavy-duty scrap metal shear, customized specifically for the North American market, completed factory testing and are about to be shipped to a large metal recycling plant in Ontario, Canada. This delivery is not only another milestone for Xrido Machine in its deep cultivation of the North American market, but also provides a core "Made in China" solution for the efficient recycling of local metal resources.

Customized Technological Breakthroughs for North American Conditions
Canadian metal recycling plants have long faced the pain points of low efficiency and high energy consumption in processing scrap automobiles, household appliances, and industrial scrap steel. Following in-depth research, the Xrido R&D team implemented three key upgrades to the equipment:
• 1200 Metal Shredder: Featuring a dual-shaft, low-speed, high-torque design and equipped with wear-resistant alloy blades, it can shred scrap metal with a hardness of HB500, with a processing capacity of 8-12 tons/hour;
• Hydraulic Shearer: Operating pressure increased to 3000 tons, specifically designed for handling difficult-to-process materials such as large scrap steel beams and engine blocks, with shearing efficiency 40% higher than traditional models;
• Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a remote maintenance module, supporting English interface operation and fault warnings, and adapted to the harsh Canadian environment (normal start-up at -30℃).

From Factory to Port, End-to-End Service Support
At the Xrido production base, after two batches of equipment underwent 72 hours of continuous load testing, they were modularly disassembled and packaged to minimize sea freight volume. Accompanying the shipment are:
• Process documentation for a thickened anti-rust coating
• Bilingual operation training videos (English/French)
• List of North American certified motors and electrical components
“We designed an ‘out-of-the-box’ solution for our Canadian customers,” said the Director of Xrido’s Overseas Business Division. “After the equipment arrives in port, engineers will go to the site to guide the installation, ensuring production within 30 days.”

Green Circularity, Building a Sustainable Future
After this batch of equipment goes into operation, it is expected to increase the recycling plant’s annual processing capacity to 50,000 tons, and the metal recovery rate to jump from 85% to over 95%. This aligns perfectly with Canada’s 2030 Zero Emissions Plan’s requirements for recycled metal utilization—by 2030, recycled metals in construction and manufacturing must account for more than 40%.

Xrido Machine’s mission is to “make resource recycling more efficient,” and its products have been exported to 35 countries. This shipment of equipment to Canada is not only a testament to its technological strength but also a microcosm of global green supply chain collaboration. As giant ships sail towards the other side of the ocean, Chinese equipment will continue to write a new chapter of "turning waste into treasure" on the world stage.
