Industrial Waste Briquetting Machine Shipped to Indonesia
Xrido Machine Supports Indonesia's Environmental Upgrade: Industrial Waste Briquetting Machine Shipped to SRF Factory
Amid surging demand for solid waste disposal in Southeast Asia, Xrido Machine's industrial waste briquetting machine, specifically developed for tropical conditions, was packed and shipped to Jakarta, Indonesia today. This equipment will be installed at the SRF (Solid Recycled Fuel) production center of a large local solid waste treatment plant. Through high-density molding technology, it will transform previously difficult-to-process mixed industrial waste into high-calorific-value alternative fuels, marking another significant step forward in the deep integration of Chinese manufacturing into the ASEAN environmental protection sector.

Overcoming the Humidity and Heat Challenge: Customized Technology Implementation
Addressing the characteristics of Indonesia's hot and humid climate and complex industrial waste, the Xrido technical team implemented a triple innovation in the equipment:
• Corrosion-Resistant Enhancement System: Key components utilize 316L stainless steel with a special coating to resist corrosion from coastal salt spray;
• Intelligent Feed Control: An infrared monitoring module automatically adjusts the feed speed to accommodate mixed waste containing plastics, paper, and fibers;
• Hydraulic Pressure Module: Operating at a pressure of 2500 tons, producing fuel blocks with a density of 0.8 g/cm³ and a calorific value exceeding 14 MJ/kg.

"This system can reduce waste volume by 70%, and the fuel blocks can directly replace coal in cement kilns," noted the Xrido Overseas Engineering Manager. "Compared to traditional landfill methods, customers can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 12,000 tons annually."
From Workshop to Port: Full-Chain Service for Safeguarding Operations
At the Jiangsu production base, after undergoing 48 consecutive hours of full-load testing, the equipment was secured with moisture-proof vacuum packaging and a steel frame to ensure stability during sea transport. The shipment includes:
• Bilingual Indonesian/English operating manual
• Pre-installed remote diagnostic system
• Emergency kit for vulnerable parts (including seals, filters, etc.)

The solid waste treatment plant project manager stated, “The Xrido team intervened in the site planning three months in advance, and their modular design reduced our infrastructure costs by 30%.”
A New Paradigm for Circular Economy This collaboration is an important practice of Indonesia’s “National Waste Management Roadmap 2025.” It is estimated that after the briquetting machine is put into operation, the SRF plant will have a daily industrial waste processing capacity of 50 tons, and the fuel briquettes can meet the energy needs of three surrounding cement plants, forming a closed-loop chain of “waste-fuel-building materials.”

Xrido Machine has provided solid waste treatment solutions to 28 countries worldwide. As this batch of equipment heads to the Equatorial Islands, Chinese manufacturing is becoming a key driving force for Southeast Asia’s green transformation—giving every ton of waste a new value.
