Complete Processing Flow:

1. **Pre-treatment (Simple On-site Operation)**: Drain engine oil, coolant, and refrigerant beforehand; remove hazardous waste components such as batteries, catalytic converters, and airbags to avoid the risk of fire and pollution from crushing.

2. **Coarse Crushing**: The scrapped car body is conveyed to a twin-shaft shredder, breaking the entire vehicle into 10-30cm pieces.

3. **Fine Crushing and Separation**: The coarse material enters a hammer crusher for kneading, stripping away attached plastics, rubber, and paint, and completely separating the metal.

4. **Multi-stage Sorting**: Crushed material → Vibrating screen grading → Magnetic separation for iron → Eddy current separation for aluminum and copper → Air separation for plastics and rubber; the four types of materials are discharged separately.
