The MSTD670 mobile shredder and the 950 mobile crusher form a scientifically efficient crushing process through a two-stage crushing combination. The high-intensity magnetic separator efficiently separates ferrous metals, providing refined steel with a purity of up to 98%, which can be directly traded and reused. Advanced eddy current separators precisely screen mixed materials, extracting copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, with a total metal recovery rate exceeding 95%. Combined with specialized air separation and screening equipment, this production line automatically separates lightweight impurities such as plastics and rubber, achieving full-component recycling of end-of-life vehicles.
