PP bags, woven bags, bulk bags, and big bags all refer to the same item. All of these items can be easily recycled using a woven bag shredder (Woven Sack Shredder). Big bag shredders typically process bags in bundles, enabling fast shredding and whole-bundle feeding. Furthermore, these machines have a processing capacity of approximately 500 kg/hour to 2000 kg/hour.
If woven bags are fed in bundles, we require a pre-shredder or manual de-bundling. Our shredders can be fed by conveyor, forklift, or manually, and are available with either mechanical or hydraulic drive. They typically utilize single-shaft or twin-rotor shredders.
In addition to PP woven bag shredders, we can also develop complete washing systems for shredding, washing, dewatering, and collecting big bags.
