To address potential impurities such as small amounts of metal and glass mixed in with the waste, the equipment is equipped with an overload protection system that automatically stops the machine upon encountering hard objects to prevent blade damage. Simultaneously, the crushing chamber features an anti-sticking design to reduce the adhesion of sticky materials like kitchen waste, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

The machine body is welded from thickened Q345 steel plates, providing strong impact resistance and withstanding the complex forces during mixed waste crushing. The blades are made of high-wear-resistant Cr12MoV alloy, achieving a hardness of over HRC60 after cryogenic treatment, extending their service life by 50% compared to ordinary blades and reducing downtime due to frequent blade replacements. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion control system that automatically adjusts the cutter shaft speed according to the waste feed rate, achieving energy-saving operation. It also features a dust collection device to reduce dust emissions during crushing, meeting environmental protection requirements.

From a project application value perspective, this shredder provides crucial pre-treatment support for RDF production. The crushed municipal solid waste not only has its volume compressed by over 60%, reducing transportation and storage costs, but more importantly, it achieves material homogenization, significantly improving the efficiency of subsequent sorting, drying, and forming processes, and ensuring stable calorific value of RDF fuel (typically reaching 14-18 MJ/kg). Taking a certain city's RDF production project as an example, after introducing this shredder, the pre-treatment efficiency of municipal solid waste increased by 40%, the qualified rate of RDF finished products increased from 85% to 98%, and it can process about 50,000 tons of municipal solid waste annually, producing 23,000 tons of RDF fuel, replacing coal for heating and power generation, reducing carbon emissions by about 18,000 tons, and achieving the triple benefits of "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization" of waste.
