In FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) processing projects, FRP waste presents a significant challenge due to its hard texture, easily scattering fibers, and difficulty in degradation. Simultaneously, the crushing chamber features a closed design, coupled with a high-efficiency dust collection system, to prevent fiber dust from escaping and ensure a safe working environment.

The machine body is constructed from high-strength Q460 steel plates, welded as a single unit, with reinforcing ribs added to key stress areas to withstand the high-intensity impacts during FRP crushing. The blades are made of WC-Co carbide with a special coating, achieving a hardness of over HRC65, three times the wear resistance of ordinary blades, effectively coping with the high hardness wear of FRP and extending blade replacement cycles. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent load monitoring system that can sense crushing resistance in real time and automatically adjust the cutter shaft speed to prevent overload caused by uneven waste hardness, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

The shredder compresses the volume of FRP waste by over 70%, significantly reducing waste storage space and transportation costs. The separated glass fibers can be reused as filler in FRP production, and the resin components can also be recycled after further processing.
