C&I Waste to RDF: Xrido Intelligent Processing Line Opens a New Path to Solid Waste Energy Conversion

Shredded materials enter the RDF (Rich Debris Disposal) equipment, where intelligent air separation, magnetic separation, and impurity removal systems precisely separate impurities such as metals and slag, purifying combustibles. After drying, extrusion, and molding processes, high-quality RDF fuel with a calorific value of 4000-6000 kcal is produced. It offers stable combustion and low pollutant emissions, making it a viable alternative to coal for power plants, cement plants, and boiler heating.

The entire C&I waste disposal line utilizes PLC intelligent control for automated continuous operation, with an adjustable processing capacity of 1-5 tons/hour to suit the needs of businesses of different sizes.
