Using closed-loop, constant-temperature pyrolysis technology, the EVA film of the photovoltaic panel is softened and decomposed in a low-oxygen environment, gently peeling off the surface glass layer. This avoids the exhaust gas pollution caused by traditional high-temperature incineration and preserves the purity of the glass and silicon material.

Then comes the crushing and sorting process. The debonded panels undergo multi-stage shredding and fine crushing. Through a combination of airflow screening, gravity separation, and electrostatic separation, materials such as silicon powder, copper-tin solder strips, silver paste, and plastic backsheets are precisely separated, effectively solving the problems of mixed materials and low purity in traditional processes. Finally, there is an environmental treatment process. Equipped exhaust gas and dust purification equipment treats pyrolysis waste gas and production dust harmlessly, ensuring emissions meet standards and preventing secondary pollution.

Compared to traditional recycling equipment, the modern PV panel recycling line offers significant advantages.
