Standard process flow (for end-of-life vehicles):
1. Pre-treatment: Drain engine oil/coolant, remove battery, airbag, and three-way catalytic converter for separate recycling; flatten the entire vehicle to reduce volume
2. MSTD670 coarse shredder: Grab bucket feeding; disassemble the entire vehicle into 300-400mm metal blocks; remove large tires and plastic interior trim
3. 950 Precision Hammer Crusher: Repeatedly strikes adhered sheet metal and engine casings to remove non-metallic impurities.
4. Fully Automatic Multi-Stage Sorting
- Magnetic Separation: High-purity scrap steel is discharged separately.
- Eddy Current Separation: Separates aluminum wheel hubs, copper water tanks, and aluminum engine casings.
- Air Separation: Separates plastics, sponges, rubber, and dust.
