The core of the line consists of a high-torque intelligent shredder and a high-precision eddy current separator. The shredder utilizes thickened alloy blades and a low-speed, high-torque design, reliably shredding various metal mixtures (including galvanized sheet, stainless steel, and copper-aluminum composites), evenly breaking the material into 50-100mm fragments, breaking up the packing and releasing the non-ferrous metals within. The eddy current separator utilizes the electrical conductivity differences of metals, using high-frequency magnetic induction to eject non-ferrous metals (such as copper and aluminum) due to repulsive forces. This separation achieves a purity exceeding 95%, effectively addressing the low efficiency and purity of traditional manual sorting. The two devices are linked by an intelligent control system, fully automating the "crushing-conveying-sorting" process, improving processing efficiency by 40% compared to traditional production lines.
