Solid Waste Disposal Line Shipped to Chile

A Chinese solid waste disposal line (including shredders and balers) has been shipped to Chile, contributing to environmental improvements in South America.

Recently, a Chinese-made solid waste disposal line (including an intelligent shredder and a fully automatic baler) was packed and officially shipped to Chile, marking a significant breakthrough for Chinese environmental protection equipment in the South American market. Designed for medium- and large-scale solid waste treatment projects, this line efficiently processes mixed solid waste, scrap metal, plastics, and industrial waste, helping Chile improve resource recycling and promote green and low-carbon development.

Solid Waste Disposal

Core Equipment, Efficient Collaboration

The core components of the exported line include a high-torque intelligent shredder and a fully automatic hydraulic baler. The shredder utilizes thickened alloy blades and a low-speed, high-torque design, enabling stable shredding of high-hardness materials such as metal, plastic, and wood, delivering uniform output and high production capacity. The baler uses a hydraulic system to compress loose waste materials (such as waste paper, plastic film, and metal scraps) into high-density bales, significantly reducing transportation and storage costs. The two machines are linked through an intelligent control system, automating the entire "crushing-sorting-baling" process, significantly improving processing efficiency.

Meeting Chile's Needs and Serving Green Transformation
As a pioneer in environmental protection in South America, Chile is actively promoting circular economy legislation and urgently needs to separate and process solid waste for resource utilization. The exported production line is custom-designed for the characteristics of local mixed solid waste (such as copper mine slag, used electrical appliances, and agricultural plastic film). It combines high durability with low maintenance costs and is suitable for Chile's hot and dry climate.

Chinese environmental protection equipment is rapidly integrating into the South American market thanks to its mature technology, high cost-effectiveness, and comprehensive service offerings. This collaboration not only provides efficient solutions for Chile's solid waste treatment but also sets a new benchmark for China-Latin America green technology cooperation.
