1200 model recycling shredder has been shipped to Mexico
A 1200 model recycling shredder has been shipped to Mexico, facilitating efficient solid waste processing in North America.
A high-capacity 1200 model recycling shredder has recently been commissioned and shipped to Mexico, marking a new entry for high-end Chinese solid waste treatment equipment in the North American market. This equipment is specifically designed to process large, highly ductile waste (such as used tires, metal drums, plastic pallets, and industrial scrap metal). Its powerful shredding paves the way for subsequent recycling, helping Mexico improve its solid waste resource utilization efficiency.

Outstanding core performance, adaptable to diverse scenarios. The exported 1200 model shredder features thickened alloy blades and a dual-motor drive system. It boasts low speeds (80-100 rpm) and high torque (≥500 N·m). It can easily handle metal plates thicker than 10 mm, tires with a diameter of up to 1.5 m, and large plastic bales. It boasts a single feed capacity of 2-3 tons and a controlled output size of 100-200 mm, meeting subsequent sorting, melting, or reprocessing needs. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent hydraulic adjustment system that automatically adjusts the gap between the blades and rollers based on material hardness, ensuring stable crushing. It also features a wear-resistant alloy liner and dust-proof seal design, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.

Meeting Mexico's Needs and Serving the Circular Economy
Mexico, a major industrial country in Latin America, generates a large amount of waste tires, industrial waste, and plastic packaging annually. However, limited equipment processing capacity results in low resource utilization. The 1200 model shredder exported this time features optimized blade material and drive power for common local waste characteristics (such as high-toughness rubber and mixed metals), and is adapted to high-temperature, dry climates, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
Chinese solid waste treatment equipment, with its mature technology, large production capacity, and high cost-effectiveness, is rapidly integrating into the North American and Latin American markets. This collaboration not only provides Mexico with an efficient crushing solution but also injects new momentum into China-Mexico green technology cooperation.
